Eagle projects improve the Phillips House Museum
Michael Riomao added QR codes linking the museum's displays to descriptions of each item. Joseph Kozlik improved the museum's garden, building two new wooden benches, stabilizing the stone benches and clearing the yard.

Seven Troop 40 Scouts earn the rank of Eagle
- Kieran Cook: a human sundial in Hempstead Lake State Park
- Anthony “T.J.” Egan: a reading garden at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center
- Joseph Napoli: 16 swallow boxes and two barn owl boxes for Town of Hempstead marshland
- Michael O'Hare: improvements to the United Church Nursery School playground
- Lucas Sheehan: three raised planter beds at the Sandel Senior Center
- Ryan Varley: a sensory walkway at the John A. Anderson Recreation Center
- Matthew Varney: bench repairs and beautification at the Rosa Lee Day Care

Six Troop 40 Scouts become Eagles
- Matthew Baxley: two lending libraries for the village
- Matthew Friedman: a beautification project at Congregation B'nai Sholom Beth David
- Luis Jimenez-Franco: a kiosk at Hempstead Lake State Park
- Jonathan Kelly: restoration of the mezzanine at St. Agnes's Msgr. Melton Auditorium, plus a bottle drive for the St. Agnes food pantry
- Thomas Norton: a ball pit at Hempstead Lake State Park
- Daniel Varney: signs and landscaping at St. Mark's Church

Troop 40 mints three new Eagle Scouts
- Alex Maher: a message kiosk for the Rockville Centre Community Garden
- Daniel Schwartz: restoration of the planter, message board and memorial garden at St. Mark's United Methodist Church
- Owen Clark: a refurbished food pantry at St. Agnes Cathedral, plus a food drive

Five Troop 40 Scouts attain Eagle
Christian Camarillo built two benches for a reading area at South Side Middle School. Michael D'Angelo built a retaining wall and restored a garden at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Vincent DeSio Jr., Alex Horowitz and Michael Sotack also earned the rank at the Court of Honor at United Church of Rockville Centre.
